Appointments and Cancellations:

You acknowledge that  your payment secures your selected appointment time slot. Your reading or healing time begins at the start time of your appointment. If you do not enter the meeting within the first half of your appointment, it will be considered a no call, no show. If you opt to reschedule your appointment you will have to pay a 25% fee of the selected appointment type if not completed before 48 hours in advance. I do understand that things happen all the time. Should an emergency arise and you cannot meet the 48 hour time frame, email me directly within 24 hours from your missed appointment and I can issue a 50% refund which will either be returned back to the original payment method or company credit that can be used for future purchases with Magic at the Crossroads, LLC.
